Westmorland

Westmorland is a friendly community on Madison’s West side. Its ideal location near Westmorland Park, Glenway and Odana Golf Courses, the UW Arboretum, Vilas Zoo and neighborhood parks provide many recreational opportunities. Its proximity to quality shopping, walking and biking options include destination spot Midvale Plaza Shopping Center (Sequoya Public Library, Anytime Fitness, EVP Coffee, and Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream). Perks include nearby access to Monroe St. restaurants, cafes, and local shops. Tree–lined streets and a variety of architectural styles help define Westmorland. Community can be felt strongly in  this neighborhood and includes its very own Westmorland Walking Band! Hosted social events include a Winter Play Day, Summer Garden Tour, and Halloween Parade and Party. The Westmorland 4th of July parade & festival is the neighborhoods biggest and longest running event.
