Transaction Manager & Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a full-time, on-site, Transaction Manager & Client Care Specialist. You’ll have an important role providing client, staff, and administrative support for a busy real estate team in Madison. This includes professional communication and coordinating with a variety of people throughout a transaction, event planning, office managing, handling legal contracts and deadlines.

We’re seeking someone who is nurturing, task-oriented, understands time management well, is an excellent communicator, professional, trustworthy, and has a sense of humor. We need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, reliable, proactive, an independent worker, who has reliable follow through, is computer savvy, supportive, and resourceful.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Excel skills, Google suite, Microsoft Office suite required; ability to learn new software programs
  • Real estate experience, preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred but not required.

Our high producing and dynamic real estate team is looking for a full time bilingual (Spanish/English) Real Estate Salesperson to join and grow with the Alvarado Real Estate Group. This opportunity offers in-depth and excellent one on one training and support. The ideal candidate is self motivated with a growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have experience in customer service, relationship building, excel at communication skills: active listening, professional writing and speaking and be able to adjust and thrive with new technology, computers, and software for maximum efficiency.
