Midvale Heights
Some of Madison’s quietest streets weave their way through this west side neighborhood, surrounded by a number of beautiful parks including Garner Park, Rennebohm Park, and Kettle Pond. A welcoming and active Neighborhood Association that hosts concerts and food truck nights. Midvale Heights residents take pride in their neighborhood. Within a few minutes of Sequoya Commons including EVP Coffee, Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream, Sequoya Library, and more. Conveniently located near many of Madison’s dining and retail hotspots, the University of WI-Madison, Hilldale Shopping Center, Target, Hy-Vee, and downtown area. One of Madison’s oldest communities, Midvale Heights was originally settled in the 1850s. By the early 1950s it was comprised of a variety of subdivisions, including Oakville Heights, Kenmore, Hillview, Third Oak, and Coney Weston.
