Something that was important to me when picking a realtor was finding someone I could trust and who had my best interests in mind, and I found just that with April. She would frequently check in to see how I felt about current listings, would make herself available for last minute showings, and was very responsive to any texts, calls, or emails I’d send. April knew a lot about similar comps in the area, potential resale value, and would point out any damages/defects during showings. Our house sold for $37,500 more than what we bought it for a year and a half prior (April was our realtor then too). We were also able to buy our new house for less than the asking price, including a major repair, and with our contingency! All of this happened in only four months.
