We closed on our house in Madison this week and we couldn’t have done it without the guidance of Troy Garcia. Troy kept us informed of every step along the way and every one of our questions was answered, no matter how mundane. Buying a house is nerve wracking, but Troy was SO patient with us. . . he was just what we needed.
