I think the Alvarado Group was Fantastic! I wasn’t sure what to expect having never sold a house before but I could not have had a better experience then I did working with the Alvarado Group. Our realtor was so helpful right from the beginning spending time with us to walk us through the process of everything and helping us to prepare our house the best way we could prior to sale. She was always available and responsive to questions we had. I would recommend the Alvarado Group and plan to use them again when I start the process to purchase a place in the future.
