Carlos is excellent to work with in home buying and selling. We have worked with him in the purchase of one home and a higher stakes sale on another. Carlos is a calm, thoughtful, highly knowledgeable realtor. Though we felt we had a lot of knowledge going in, or least we certainly weren’t inexperienced, multiple times in our selling process we needed to rely on his expertise and valued his thinking very much.
