Julie Colmar Davis is a an absolute dream to work with. We had come out of a terrible situation with a different realtor prior to calling her. She didn’t hesitate to help us in any way that she could. She went above and beyond for my husband and I. We are first time home buyers and in the price range we were looking for was so difficult to find anything. After 2 years of on and off looking, 3 not so great realtors later, the first house we looked at with Julie, we put in a offer with a cover letter (her fantastic idea) and with in 12 hours we had the house of our dreams! Because of her we won the accepted offer on this house.
It’s can be a very overwhelming process especially never having bought a house before. We knew nothing, but Julie seriously saved us and guided us through the entire process. Asking tough and great questions at the inspection and giving her absolute honest opinion. I would definitely say she is an expert at this! We are so incredibly happy and would recommend my grandma, my parents, everyone I know to go with her. We will absolutely buy through her again.
