I am so grateful to April Johnson and the Alvarado group for sticking with me for nearly a full year to find the perfect house during one of the most difficult years for real estate (a global pandemic, historically low inventory). Just as importantly, the “welcome package” that I got upon moving in demonstrated the amazing values the company holds—it was filled with items advocating for local businesses, recommendations for greener living, etc—further validating my decision to stick with them.
