Julie was awesome and I highly recommend her! She worked with my brother and me as we assisted our elderly parents in the sale of the home they had lived in for 55 years. She was pro-active and gave us excellent suggestions and recommendations to properly price the house, reduce risk when we countered the buyers’ initial offer, and get out in front of any potential issues along the way. She was knowledgeable, flexible, and very responsive to our needs given that my brother and I were not local, and our parents were still the decision makers and needed to sign things etc. She ended up helping our buyers as well since they didn’t have an agent. The sale closed right on schedule without any problems. We initially interviewed 5 realtors, and then selected Julie. If we had to do it all over again, we would make the same choice!
