April was an incredible realtor to work with, especially as a first time homebuyer. It is obvious that she’s very good and dedicated to her work, and knowledgeable about the Madison area. Something that was important to me when picking a realtor was finding someone I could trust and who had my best interests in mind, and I found just that with April. She would frequently check in to see how I felt about current listings, would make herself available for last minute showings, and was very responsive to any texts, calls, or emails I’d send. April knew a lot about similar comps in the area, potential resale value, and would point out any damages/defects during showings. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with April, and would love to work with her again in the future. If you’re looking for an experienced, knowledgeable realtor, that is also extremely down to earth and genuine, definitely go with April!
