I am highly passionate about helping people and it’s something that I hope to continue doing not only in my professional career, but in my personal life as well. My work experience so far has been mostly focused on customer relations and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all parties involved. I believe in the importance of instilling confidence into each conversation and keeping in mind that we’re all continuously learning as we go. The Alvarado Real Estate Group is consistently finding new ways to learn and grow, which is why I am so grateful to work with this group of people and be part of such a well-rounded workplace.
As Transaction Manager, my role is to team up with you and your Realtor once you get an accepted offer to assist in coordinating documents, communication and scheduling with numerous people, including the sellers, buyers, cooperating brokers, lenders, closing officers, etc. Each step is important to ensure a stress-free successful closing and since I’m incredibly detail oriented and organized, it’s the perfect role for me. I truly appreciate how each real estate transaction comes with unique circumstances and is made special by the people involved. I graduated from Carroll University with a B.S. in Psychology and Communication and enjoy learning about the way people think and how to efficiently communicate based on everyone’s unique personality and experiences.
Originally from Waukesha, I moved to Madison in 2021 where I enjoy friends, being outdoors, and when it’s warm, I play basketball, soccer, and take advantage of Madison’s beautiful lakes with my kayak. A good portion of my winters are spent indoors with my cat – watching movies, playing music, and having game nights with my friends. I have a big family scattered across Wisconsin and Texas, consisting of my mother, father, three brothers, and lots and lots of cousins. We enjoy coming together for holidays, cooking, and laughing together.
