Eastmorland

Eastmorland is one of Madison’s most desirable neighborhood of approximately 3,200 residents on the east side of Madison. Residents can enjoy nearby activities at Olbrich Gardens and Olbrick Park Beach on Lake Monona. Close proximity to bike trails, grocery store, public transportation, Highway 51 access, high performing elementary and middle schools, a public library, YMCA, and three houses of worship. What can’t be seen on a drive-through (or bike-through) of the neighborhood is the tremendous spirit of this place. Nearby parks include Eastmorland Park and Sherry Park.
