We are seeking a Transaction & Marketing Manager to support the transactional, marketing, and community-facing work of our company.
This is a part-time, in-office role (25–30 hours/week) on Monroe Street in Madison. This position is essential to the day-to-day functioning of our team and is ideal for someone who thrives in systems, values follow-through, and takes pride in supporting work that is both relational and detail-driven. A bilingual Spanish/English candidate is a strong plus. No real estate license is required. Compensation: $25-$28 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination & Communication
Manage real estate transactions from accepted offer through closing, ensuring deadlines, documentation, and professional communication are handled accurately and on time. Maintain CRM notes and follow-up timelines for buyer and seller leads and coordinate with agents according to team protocols. Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to support smooth and timely closings with care and consistency.
Marketing & Event Planning
Coordinate marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, marketing materials including listing brochures, etc in collaboration with the team and marketing specialists using templates and brand guidelines. Assist with event planning and promotion of client and community events.
Office & Administrative Support
Support general office operations including meeting preparation, client materials, general inquiries, and other administrative tasks. Maintain internal documents, spreadsheets, and organized records that keep team workflows transparent and reliable.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. The role requires managing multiple priorities, working independently, and taking initiative. We value clear and professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
We’re seeking someone with at least two years of professional work experience in an office, operations, administrative, or client-facing role. Prior experience supporting real estate transactions or working in roles that require strict deadline management, accuracy, follow-through, and compliance is strongly preferred.
This position requires strong proficiency with Google Drive and Google Sheets and someone who can learn and use tech systems reliably. Familiarity with Canva and CRM systems is a plus.
