Arbor Hills

With three parks and a variety of housing options, Arbor Hills is a great neighborhood in Madison’s near southwest side. Located just west  of Fish Hatchery Rd and south of the Beltline Highway, Arbor Hills is just a quick bike ride along the Arboretum from central Madison.  One of Arbor Hills more famous parks is home to one of  Madison’s best sledding hills. In the 1960’s the hill was slated to become a 10 lot development, but due to its popularity with children  area residents fought to have it become another area park. The site is now Arbor Hills Park.
