Before my family moved to Madison we lived on the west coast for about 27 years. I did the usual things: completed college, got married, worked, bought a couple of homes, raised a couple of sons, and volunteered with the parent teacher organization (I even wore the Clifford the Big Red Dog suit! The stuff we do for kids, am I right?).

In 2015 I took the leap into real estate. I believe strongly in the importance of home ownership as the cornerstone for building security and helping others along this path has given me purpose as well as a career. Having the opportunity to  help clients navigate financing, inspections, negotiations, and every aspect of both getting a home to market and helping clients move into their next home is fulfilling. I love crafting offers that can beat offers that might be higher or all cash. I enjoy connecting my clients with great resources and providing sound counsel to  ensure they’re getting the best service in a timely manner. I get satisfaction from getting a home ready for sale, from curb appeal and staging to first class photography and state-of-art virtual tour user interface. Helping people and solving problems is what I enjoy doing. The more challenging the problem, the better! I love doing this work because a home is more than an asset, it is a place for family, memories, and community.

I know from first hand experience what a quality brokerage Alvarado Real Estate Group is and the level of service they provide to their clients because I was a client. The Alvarado Group helped my family find a home in only 3 days, in a tight market with low inventory. I was impressed with their standard of practice and their integrity. However, it is the Alvarado Real Estate Group’s commitment to helping people and community engagement that drew me to their brokerage. Their values are my values. It isn’t about the commission–it’s about the mission of helping others achieve their real estate goals and more.

When I’m not helping a neighbor, a client, or my kids with their schoolwork, I enjoy looking for records, listening to records, playing guitar on the couch, spending time with my family exploring the outdoors.
