There are not enough wonderful things to say about April Johnson. She’s phenomenally organized, approachable, and knowledgeable, but the one thing that makes April stand out far above the rest is her commitment to answering our questions. Whether it was a small question (do you know any good painters?) or a big one (how frequently do houses like this come on the market?), April followed up until our questions were clearly and thoroughly answered. As first time homebuyers this made all the difference. She struck a good balance of helping us understand everything without overloading us with information. This process could be very confusing but with April I felt like I understood everything from start to finish.
