Something that was important to me when picking a realtor was finding someone I could trust and who had my best interests in mind, and I found just that with April. She would frequently check in to see how I felt about current listings, would make herself available for last minute showings, and was very responsive to any texts, calls, or emails I’d send. April knew a lot about similar comps in the area, potential resale value, and would point out any damages/defects during showings. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with April, and would love to work with her again in the future. She struck a good balance of helping us understand everything without overloading us with information.
