Are you looking for someone who knows Madison? Susan grew up on the North side of Madison, graduated from East High School and is also a graduate of the UW-Madison where she earned her BA in Communication Arts. She is fantastic at listening to what her clients needs are and helping guide them through the home buying and selling process in a way that fits their needs. More recently (not that college was that long ago!), Susan has been a resident of the near west side of Madison for over 20 years.

Susan’s background has been diverse including real estate sales and resort sales and marketing in Door County, Wisconsin where she lived for 7 years, and small business ownership. Susan has always had an a keen interest within the real estate industry whether it be staging homes, personally overseeing the purchase and renovation of 6 homes, including moving a cabin from one property to another, or just looking at a home and figuring out how it can best be kept true to the original intentions of the architecture and character. Working with people and helping her clients in real estate is a natural fit for Susan and her energy and ‘can do’ attitude make her a great agent to work with.

Susan enjoys playing league tennis year round, being on any of the lakes in the Madison area and spending time with her 3 children; a senior in college who recently returned from Santiago, Chile, a senior at West High School who is active in a local band and a freshman at Edgewood High School. Being an active Mom definitely keeps her in touch with everything that is going on in the Madison area.
