Kathryn Wunnicke

Kathryn has been a part of the team since 2008 and started in the Golden position of Transaction Manager. She is the most detailed oriented and personable Buyer Specialists around! An amazing combination. Not only do her clients rave about her, but so do the agents on the other side of the transaction, the lenders and the title coordinators!

Kathryn is from Madison and graduated from Edgewood College with a BA in International Relations with a Political Science minor. During her college career she was the captain of the women’s tennis team and leader of four student organizations. She was also very involved in the theater starring in different social justice issue productions. Kathryn has past work experience in Financial Representation and Legal Assistance bringing to the team a broad range of important skills and experience. Kathryn speaks conversational Spanish and loves to stay up to date with International Affairs.

Kathryn places a high value on community involvement and “walks her talk” as a recent volunteer at Nuestro Mundo Community School and present Co-Chair of Dane Buy Local Membership Committee.
