Carlos Alvarado was born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where he had a successful career in the restaurant business. At an early age, he discovered his entrepreneurial spirit and opened his own Mexican restaurant a couple of blocks from the Ocean. Sara and Carlos moved to Madison in 2002 when Carlos, a detail oriented customer service expert, entered the banking world to gain experience in the financial industry and quickly flourished. In 2005, Carlos brought his financial savvy and caring client services to the Alvarado Group as a licensed real estate consultant. Carlos specializes in working with Buyers and investment properties. He took some  CCIM (commercial investments) classes in 2006, ABR Designation and his GREEN designation in 2009. He is frequently heard on La Movida radio station 1480am.
