High Point Estates

Another of Madison’s southwest gems, highpoint estates is a small community of 275 single family homes. Even though the community is a short drive to much of Madison’s best West side amenities, it still provides the quiet neighborhood one could expect in a smaller town. Near west amenities include the West Towne Mall, Marcus Theater, the Princeton Athletic Club, and a wide variety of small business and recreation options.
